The longer I fast in the evening, the better I sleep. I used to do 3 to 4 hours of fasting, but I've recently switched to ~7 hours and the improvements in HRV and restfulness are noticeable.

I also like to fast before bedtime. My cut off time is 6 p.m. and I usually go to sleep around 11:30 p.m. and feel so much better in the morning and throughout the night! 😊
