imo, he nailed almost everything, challanges of a developers, liquidity fragmentation and state of  L2s. Not sure if there are more sharing similar concern but afriad to speak up.

Everyone in Ethereum is speaking about serving developers. But the truth is, the average developer experience is only getting worse. And I know that because I've been building in this space since 2015. Maybe go easier on virtue signaling to serving devs? We really don't like it

I am a developer and everything has gotten better over the years. L2 interop is also coming.

The people who drive all the positive change are silent most of the time because they are building that stuff that others only complain about. 

If you are not happy with the state of the art, then roll up your sleeve and do something constructive. 

Bickering on the internet and hoping that someone else solves your problems won't cut it. 

But if that is your philosophy, then you should move to Europe.
