Same! In 2020, I did a big GTM motion exclusively on LinkedIn, when the platform was more open and free. I close multiple six figure SaaS deals from that campaign. Now it's a closed network optimized against the user, unless they are paying for distribution.

Ultimately their incentive is to maximize their value, not yours.

The only way to force platforms to change this behavior is when you have the right to exit. That's why interoperability is so important!
