not everyone should be trusted. don’t be afraid of increasing prices AND don’t promise stuff you can’t do. 

a client will be more happy when you deliver less BEFORE the deadline than if you deliver more AFTER the deadline.

YES! Always underpromise and overdeliver. I NEVER take a job i am not 100% sure i can deliver. Same with deadlines.
