What empath good deed did you do last week? :)

Great ritual to start the week with.

It's been minor last week, but I have tipped @crystalhearts, a charity that brings medical supplies to the front in Ukraine, every day and I have picked up some litter from the beach.

I need to get into the habit of picking litter in my neighbourhood.

What helped me very much in staying motivated to pick the litter, is the litterati app. It helps map out litter hot spots and if you happen to live in a community where someone brings that data to the local government, they might actually be able to take measures. If not, you could do that yourself, or be happy with a map of the impact you are making.

I remember one story where a man in the US or UK was walking the dog in the part and every day he would bring a bag and fill it with trash. After a year or so his bag was almost empty because he cleaned the whole damn park by himself :)
