One reason we've chosen to stay in Okinawa is that the people here adore children. When we go to play at the park, for example, families we've never met will smile at and play with my 3yo son. When children are young, they unconsciously absorb the lessons of their environment. In my son's case, Okinawa is teaching him a love for humanity.

Love it! That's one of the reasons i love Italy - if i'm with a kid everyone's smiling and acting super nice
