Is there anything about putting concert tickets onchain that could help with things like resellers and dynamic pricing?

The main thing I can think of is like many chains, protocols, token and nft project give you access based on some kind of proof of previous participation which could at least make sure the top fans get to the buy the tickets earlier.

While putting tickets on-chain offers transparency and control, it may complicate the buying process for average fans unfamiliar with crypto.
