In talking to developers building on Farcaster today—and developers who built on Farcaster previously and then stopped—the top request is more users.

Why more users?
- More users on Farcaster means more people to potentially use their product
- If the product is a business, more usage means more opportunity to make money
- Acquiring users for an app or service is *really* hard

felt this in a real way recently. launched clank.fun on Farcaster and only later, reluctantly, on X

X now drives 95% of traffic, FC < 2%. I haven’t posted on X in over a year before this. Now I spend most of my time there (just based on ROI)
