Thanks for making this! I don't think it's true that nothing can be done about disqualified users. I think the devs need to issue guidance on this point, but I was disqualified and am not no longer disqualified because I improved my follower / following and quote casts / original casts ratios

Is this for allowance or just for receiving tips? From what I know for receiving tips you don't have to have 10k degen, but you need to have 10k only to receive allowance so you can tip others.
