people used to say Google Fi was hard to sim swap because their customer service is super terrible, but then this happened https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/google-fi-data-breach-let-hackers-carry-out-sim-swap-attacks/ the real answer is don't use 2fa sms / phone # for anything important
