For the most part of my life, I've always been a casual/social drinker; this past year I gave up all alcohol and started working out more; this week is 100 days in Thoughts on effects: + Less stressed + Less depressed + Less weight + Sleep better + More muscle + More tempered + More energy + More mental awareness and fortitude + Overall more balanced and happy Anyhow, YMMV, but glad I gave it up; sharing my experience in case anyone out there is thinking about it 🤝 👍

Nice! What is a "casual drinker"? Like once a week? Or more like once in 3 weeks. I'm currently in the a glass of wine/ cocktail once in 3/4 weeks :P *Not some rule. Just don't crave alcohol/ dehydration lmao

In my case my definition of casual was drinking some alcohol almost every day, at the end of the day; and sometimes more on weekends or holidays Sounds like you are way more moderate than I was 👍
