I’ve been impressed with the Ronin team’s building and hiring across different countries, where there user base is growing.

What’s base strategy to increase engagement and adoption beyond current regions of adoption.

Does it happen naturally or with a direct strategy?

the core team is primarily based in the Americas right now, but we are working to change that. 

just made our first hires in Europe and are actively hiring globally right now. 

this is probably the biggest baked in bias we have and I'm very focused on fixing it. 

base is for everyone and we need to reflect that.

Heya! There already are! :) We have team members working on Base full-time there and this month alone there's already been two different based meetups of people getting together and hacking on frames!

Jesse, Glad to hear its in the plan to continue engaging and expanding beyond the core user base.

and @wbnns definitely exciting to see the dev community spread so quickly in crypto based projects.  The capacity and talent entering the space over this next few years will be immense.
