So basically guys without power badge will have even more hard times?

How about the onboarding and retention?

Most new accounts lurk and don't post. But for those that do we're going to work on boosting good ones.

I have only just got my power badge and think that if I was invisible to everyone for a few months I probably wouldn’t of stuck around long enough to get one. Just my take
