Sauna and cold plunge tonight. Should be fun

Do you have a home cold plunge? Thinking of trying it out but I can't see how there's anything better than just buying a large plastic tub.

No there is a place in the city centre that has a massive sauna and a couple of cold plunges. They do different classes there but tonight was a ‘sober social’. Really enjoyed it. 

I think if I was doing it at home a big tub with ice would do it. I have heard people paying for the expensive cold plunges and finding themselves spending more time cleaning them than using them.
