What plant proteins are highest density? I donβt really care about source, just find it easier to eat denser stuff to meet ideal protein intake

A cup of beans less than half the protein of a chicken breast (15g vs 38g, as per google) and so requires eating more volume β which is doable but harder

well, how many veggies are in the chicken then? taking into account that you also need to eat veggies, the density of veggies in chicken is small but no one eats just chicken density doesn't matter if you have well-balanced meals, because getting the same amount of protein per meal is not only doable, but easy
