it seems like you have more experience with telegram than most, especially having successfully developed for their platform what is your take on telegram vis a vis privacy, government cooperation, and public statements vs actions

1. tg is not private (no e2ee) 2. tg actively gives data to governments (e.g. brazil and russia) 3. tg (and durov) lie a lot (e.g. no ads, free forever, to storage limits, botprize, privacy, gvnmt coop, etc etc etc)
