i don't have zinc or mg deficiencies so i save money on just taking b6 from time to time :)

It worked well for me in the past but... first pass around, placebo effect may have factored into it.

i suggest doing a blood panel just in case you could have low vitamin b12 or low testosterone and not know about it (i did) eliminates placebo effect, relatively cheap and hassle-free

I have! T, GH and B12 were in "acceptable" ranges, but it still prompted me to aim for "optimal."

hey, it's quite individual what's acceptable tbh high t can also be an issue cause it's not only muscles that grow tumors also get a nice dose of hgh due to high t glad you're acceptable! but you know we'll always accept you here no matter your blood panel results

I'm going to make this into a t-shirt and/or motivational poster... but this is good context. I just often think that the FDA often thinks in terms of "minimums" being acceptable.
