Pretty much any company that relies on government contracts because the bureaucracy and lack of efficiency in big tech drove me crazy. I don't think I could handle it.

A company that - isnβt focused on making products that customers _need_ not want - prioritizes growth too early before finding PMF - cares more about butts in seats at set times over quality of work - doesnβt also prioritize wellbeing of employees - is too risk averse to innovate

i would look for: - founder-led company - where people work hard - wide org structure (high manager:ic ratio) - employee friendly comp (generous terms on equity)
