I do the daily meditation, I love the Alan Watts series and I also am starting to get into Adyashanti. I didnβt like him at first but his talks and meditations are incredible. Oh and the poetry reading by Whyte is incredible. How about you?

oh awesome! so more of the long form conversations, that's actually the opposite of what i've been doing haha. I'm planning on diving into it more when i have more time π i love doing the series, the life and practice ones in particular. Stoic path, art of noticing, direct approach, stages of awakening are faves

Those are all great too. I will say, silent meditation timer is the thing I use most. Had a great 20 minute session yesterday that changed my whole weekend ππΌ
