I’ve noticed with younger gen z they either avoid confrontation, or are way too aggressive and make things black and white. It’s up to us to provide guidance and help them correct course. Why do you think Gen z has this problem?

I think that growing up with social media as a major component of information supply, we saw algorithmic segregation into binary opinions, when most things are actually a spectrum. I also think that with the 1% rule (99% lurkers on the internet) most people are used to inaction in much of their screen time (which is a huge part of their days), so they get trained to avoid confrontation directly. Pandemic didn’t help social skills any either 🤷♂️
