Oh nice! What kind of meditation have you done? Have you tried the waking up app? It’s a mix of meditations and philosophy (practice and theory) Yeah! Well the heart’s job is to distribute blood carrying oxygen to the rest of the body, so the rate of oxygen and carbon dioxide transfer is dependent on the supply of oxygen from the lungs :)

I’m more familiar with yoga and experimenting with temperature, both hot and cold, and understand the power of bringing focus to your breath to eliminate external noise and thoughts, no formal meditation experience, but have absolutely spent time in silence with an attempt to silence my mind by bringing my full attention to my breath
