Decided I want to be more active in this channel. Over the last 19 weeks 1) I’ve eaten the same thing everyday (easiest way to track macros) 2) work out everyday (mainly strength training) 3) at least 10k steps per day All bc I joined a group chat called crypto skinnies with some friends

100%, people are under the impression you must run to be fit which is totally wrong. Steady state cardio ~120 bpm is key. Sure bursts are great for heart health but otherwise slow and steady wins the race.
