gm. my farcaster feed is beginning to resemble twitter, and not in a good way. squabbling, posturing, and misinformation abound, none of it funny, some of it dangerous. i won't help with that. so, instead of unfollowing anyone specifically, i've made the choice to reset my follows and exit most channels. I'll meander my way back to the channels I use and people I cherish over the coming days and weeks. Find me in the arena, as ever.

This is just a product of scale. 

It is more community-oriented here than Twitter, though. I like the recent changes with channels; maybe not perfect, but a step in the right direction and there is clearly a lot of potential.

yep, agree. clearing out my old follows and channels forces me to, kinda, reacquaint myself with the network. i like that part and the new channels make the process a lot more rewarding.

I have been careful about who I follow the entire time - may prune a bit though. 

I definitely think my channels could use some work, especially now that they ping your notifications
