re, allowance lending, I figure there are two directions to go: manual or automatic. for manual, I choose the tipping delegates and we grow The Society of Wise Tippers slowly, one by one. Else, automatic and delegates opt-in via some front end. There should be terms, too. Tippers should agree to donate some percentage to me, for taking the risk, and to Degenpad to reliably fund new projects.

What's the security? How can you trust any tipper who will borrow from you?

They wouldn't be getting my money, just a portion of my allowance, basically. Vesting would conclude and the money would go back to me.

Yup. That's why we're here. I have enough $DEGEN to subsidize thousands of new tippers and can't use that for my own allowance. This is how I circumvent that restriction and let my money do more work, by way of other people.

What do you think about using your delegated $degen to conquer new domains and things people are passionate about outside of crypto, technology, finance, and all the staff that dominate Warpcast right now? Is it too early for that or maybe we need it to push web3 more mainstream? that would require choosing delegates not only according to their competence and social engagement, but also by the domain of interest.

I'm happy to do whatever is good for my bags. At the top end, assuming Jacek's numbers and my full participation, I would subsidize 30000 new tippers. They could be in work groups with specific agendas, each tackling a specific area of growth. Dunno. There's lots we could do, but it takes a lot of sweat equity.

So who would decide what the agendas are, which area of growth to pursue, and above all - who will supervise the tippers? 30 000 is a gigantic number, so you can personally do the choosing and supervising only at the very beginning. IMHO this project needs a foundational team from the very beginning. Maybe you would like to start with a tournament for the Warpcast community, where everyone can suggest and vote on the candidates for that team. People who first suggest and argue well for the winning candidates, the best and most trusted - get big tips. Also, that democratic way of electing tippers will give them more authority.
