higher lifting challenge ā day 2/10 complete ( rested yesterday ) calf raises 3 x 10 single leg box jumps 3 x 5 step ups onto high box 2 x 5 barbell complex 3 x 5 ( rdls, cleans, front squats ) single leg leg press 2 x 6 @receipts app or did it even happen?
