Those of you running VC backed startups with young kids, what is the secret? Full time caregiving spouse? Army of helpers (cleaner, nanny etc)?

idk if you figure it out lmk mostly just less sleep atm. My wife got 6mo for mat leave which was very helpful. I wish we had more help around the house (or longer hours / more responsibility for the nanny) but it's something we're still talking through.. her parents live ~10m away which helps (both still work though)

there is ~zero time for life outside of kids+startup. If I'm not with my kids, I'm working or sleeping struggling to fit exercise in atm even though it's a priority. I find the overwhelmingness of startup work can be a bit cyclical, and when things are a little slower I am able to workout and get more sleep etc
