still trying to figure out how to listen to something in this day and age (strong preference for text, long untouched backlog of “things i should listen to”)

His biggest suggestion is for both parties to focus on training and staffing smart and competent people in govt (he particularly admonishes the right’s dogma in believing that little-no govt is the best)

Also talks about which policies to pursue… worth listening imo
