Need someone leaning in favor of status quo - bv model - or possibly who prefers turning exit off.  Tbh apart from verbs concerns wrt addtl technical risk, the only person I have heard express a positive preference for bv is @wilsoncusack . I’m sure others are out there but the case is rarely expressly made

there are actually interesting arguments in favor ..  
imo a radical, ultimately attractive form of aspecist digital egalitarianism - mandating all tokens have equal claim to capital regardless of the circumstances of their custodians

I think it's important to declare whether the scope of this convo short term or long term. short term: discuss fork threshold params; long term: do we want to change the fork mechanism?
