I nominate @jessyjeanne The reason I chose her is that her art speaks deeply to me. I envision a world where equity prevails, where we are all seen and treated as equals, and her work—as well as everything else she does as an artist—centers around the idea of women’s empowerment, something we desperately need, especially in this industry I’ve attached two of my favorite pieces of hers! It’s not just the aesthetics of her work that I love, but also the underlying message and intent. When these elements come together, they create a true piece of art Thank you!🌹

that i was using photo references whenever i wanted to sketch something, so i took this loose paper and drew what came in mind. Nothing wrong with using references, but idk i think i got a bit stuck (?) Anyways, i'm very proud of the first one 😊

there is a massive amount of unexplored space for tools that interoperate with .md and .canvas files you create in Obsidian we added the "tools" category to Gems of the Year last year (Quartz by Jacky Zhao won), I hope to see more entries in this category for 2024
