blanched micro-kailan sauteed with carrot, ginger, garlic, shallots, chili paste, calamansi. and jasmine rice cooked with rib soup, picked ribs, char siew bits, lotus root slices, and some kind of weird purplish bean.

idk about micro-kailan, but blanched kailan is peak kailan, no more, no less
