Can we use this balance checker to token-gate Neynar apps without requiring users to connect their wallets? How frequently are the balances updated?

You can check for any token as long as it's on Base, we can retrieve the metadata and conversion rate, and the user holds more than $1 worth. We filter out dust and made $1 the cutoff. Balances should be realtime.

oh wooooow this is interesting interesting. imagine composing this with the idea of the clankers that i mentioned on the GC @proxystudio.eth @dish 

alt clients for specific tokens will be a big thing once the core lego blocks are easy to build and customize on top of imho

When I try it in the docs page, I get several tokens. Can you share the API call that's returning none, plz?

Is this the address that owns the FID, an address the user associates with the account, both...? Generally speaking people's FID address is not their main or most convenient hot or cold wallet they use for onchain activity.

Is it necessary that the warpcast account is connected to the neynar website?
