Have you tried saving them in files and uploading from there?

I can’t figure out how to upload from files, when I hit the image button below it’s only Photos app that opens

Hm, you’re right. I think I’ve managed to do this somehow in the past. I also spotted that you have three settings for upload file formats under options in photos. It’s set to automatic, but setting it recent seems to not change the file format. Have you seen/tried that?

I did, now the problem is not like yesterday that it was uploading but the image was frozen. Now i just get this message, even if lower than 10mb (as it used ti work before)

I’ve investigated that in the past and the limit is more complex than just file size of the gif. So that message is misleading. It’s a combination of pixel dimensions and number of frames. I have the exact number somewhere on my desktop machine. Can you try the same with another gif, maybe a shorter one. Just to proof if the upload might work with the changed setting? At least it’s not converting the file format anymore.

The thing is the gifs I tried are in a folder I have named Warpcast that are gifs I’ve already uploaded here Usually: below 10mb below 1000 px wide below 200 frames those are the numbers I found out worked over the months here

Ok I see, so these are all gifs that have worked in the past from your phone πŸ€” I just tried with a couple of different gifs (also 16 MB ones) and all seem to work fine from desktop, whereas on iOS Warpcast app either crashes or not let me send the cast in the end (although gifs show animated in preview).
