Have you tried saving them in files and uploading from there?

I can’t figure out how to upload from files, when I hit the image button below it’s only Photos app that opens

Hm, you’re right. I think I’ve managed to do this somehow in the past. I also spotted that you have three settings for upload file formats under options in photos. It’s set to automatic, but setting it recent seems to not change the file format. Have you seen/tried that?

I did, now the problem is not like yesterday that it was uploading but the image was frozen. Now i just get this message, even if lower than 10mb (as it used ti work before)

I’ve investigated that in the past and the limit is more complex than just file size of the gif. So that message is misleading. It’s a combination of pixel dimensions and number of frames. I have the exact number somewhere on my desktop machine. Can you try the same with another gif, maybe a shorter one. Just to proof if the upload might work with the changed setting? At least it’s not converting the file format anymore.
