Like casts that auto-expire? Any other functionality that comes to mind?

I could imagine having a dedicated cast type for automatic replies, like tip notifications. Something less obtrusive, somewhere between a cast and a notification. Also a dedicated cast type for threads would make sense, so one does not have to use a main cast with replies. This would allow for special functionality, features, design and a better creation workflow.
