Thinking about Founders when trying to design what my Hypersub could be about I've been wondering. How much do Founders invest in improving their design skills? Does it feel unapproachable or not worth it?

Basic figma literacy, literacy in a ui kit, and ability to recognize and replicate popular design patterns is a huge value add. So is taste. I love content that expands my taste. But I don’t think investing more than that makes sense unless that’s your edge.

As a founder with a product (but not design) background it’s less that it feels more unapproachable and more that my team needs me to do other things more so I can’t easily invest the time I want for the ROI to be worth it.
