Lately itโs been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

pre workout nutrition makes a big difference for me, i don't optimize too much on it, but if i eat a lot of fiber vs. carbs before a workout i feel like crap otherwise, making sure you're recovered and sleeping well at night
