I sometimes add collagen to my coffee. I couldn’t point to any skin differences tbh, but it does have a nice creamer effect

Collagen for its high glycine content. Helps with muscle recovery, joint health, and sleep. Also a great way to balance methionine ratio. Spirulina is great as an antioxidant and has immune protective properties. Another similar compound to consider is Chlorella. More info: https://examine.com/supplements/spirulina

Only used collagen and it really helps with moisturizing skin esp. in winters :)
