typically a smoothie - oat milk - frozen blueberries - half a frozen banana - scoop of whey - scoop of supergreen powder

I recently cut smoothies because I was having some gastric sensitivity to my protein powder... I am slowly reintroducing dairy (my powder is a whey protein powder) though so maybe I'll be able to bring them back into the mix soon. Yours sounds delicious 🤤
