I don't understand, you think the launch of $tTRUMP is a negative event? And one that hurts the community as a whole? We've been bringing lawsuits against the USA's most successful, and impactful crypto companies, while they've been doing everything in their rights to comply with cryptic laws. Essentially causing companies and investors to leave the country. The SEC actions brought over the past 4 years have been disastrous for the democrats. @dwr.eth mentioned it yesterday and i think summed it up really well. and so did @matthewb Everything that can be tokenized, will be tokenized. The biggest thing holding back crypto rn as an industry, is the regulation in the US. Sure, the timing isn't ideal if we're talking about optics...but I honestly think this discussion is much bigger then just optics. Hence why democrats all through out the industry have pivoted to support someone, that supports them.

yes, i think it's hugely negative! if i had to choose between regulating crypto, or pandering to a criminal who has sexually harassed women and wants to strip back women and trans rights, i would choose regulation any day, 1000x times over. idc how far crypto as an industry / community goes if it's at the expense of other peoples' wellbeing and human rights.
