Equity risk premium has turned negative. Typically this shld be a strong indicator of a looming recession but I still believe in a soft landing.

A V shaped outcome wldnt be too bad as long as its not too steep!

A soft landing might take a decade. And I would hate the whole decade

I haven’t been convinced of ‘soft landing’ probably too pessimistic overall, yet I see trouble on the horizon, might take longer to break then I anticipated.

Equities stay strong, cause so many folks are seeking outsized gains, and moved risk further out the curve?

So flight to safety could involve equities.

You don't get a recession when everybody sees it coming. In general, I see other signals like this, and as long there is growth there seems no problem for high risk assets, but behind the surface, things are starting to crumble.
