Flawed question if you are going to ask for answers in usd, already a base currency I think it would be better to ask how much should a gallon of milk cost and a brand new car in a new currency? 20$new and 200k$new would be my answer

If governments not only hold ETH in their reserves, but also use it for taxation and/or use Ethereum blockchain for government operation. It will automatically onboard a lot of users but may sound unachievable since most governments are opposed to decentralized blockchains and cryptocurrencies. Nevertheless, considering that some states in the US already allow to pay taxes in Bitcoin, the idea is not completely unfeasible in my opinion... Being a world computer would also include running important social interactions/institutions on chain instead of only targeting private sector.
