Imo our design thinking on this should prioritize *persistence* of proof-of-personhood. Ie: what will end up being important is not just that there’s a digital key associated with a unique human, but that this key is still controlled by this human *right now* (eg, when voting)

btw @vitalik.eth, what about the most basic of exploits - scammers going around the world, claiming they are from Worldcoin and using backdoored Orbs to scan people's eyes? 

If people ask, "Where's my airdrop" they'd respond, "It's going to take one business day to update our database and send the money".
