Any chance you could share how specifically you ended up putting in the wrong address? Would be a good data point to help wallet designers design to avoid such situations in the future.

100% my fault (didn’t triple check the account to which i was sending), but they sent me a 0.0001 eth txn right after i sent one from my ledger to burner, from a wallet that the first 4 and last 4 characters were the same.
