Ok deepseek is really impressive

Just deleted both perplexity and chatgpt off my phone

Reinstalled perplexity, looks like ultimately they're going to win by owning the consumer relationship while the foundational models underneath get commoditized

Slower but like that it outlines the reasoning and logic steps its going through before spitting out an answer, I think just seeing the reasoning makes me trust the output more (but not sure if thats a good thing as I'm clearly letting my guard down and less likely to question the outputs merits)
