EF gives me the vibes of the traditional non profit industry, inefficient, sclerotic, and fundamentally not effective in what they do

Limited interaction with some of their grants team, but was somewhat unimpressed (despite successfully getting a grant)

It needs to be completely reformed to be more in lockstep with the current state of Ethereum, and Vitalik needs to initiate it

Spot on with majority of charities.

They are that way because of rules to govern which made sense.

IMO I see us utilizing zkTLS as donors to verify the money is going where intended etc.

I almost started charity but the bureaucratic aspect of it all made it where most of my time would have been doing the BS admin stuff instead of just going out and helping people...
