Wheels are nice, built seems solid from a quarter with it

The backpack (endeavor) is rock solid. Been all over the world with me the last year fully packed (15kg of total weight)

My husband is a commercial airline pilot. The two brands he swears by (and most employees use) are TUMI and Travelpro. Very durable, with versions made for various types of travel - for instance, guaranteed fit in particular overhead cabins.

Another very popular brand I like but would caution against is Rimowa. Light weight and aesthetic. Unfortunately it gets damaged all the time when checked. I’ve had my Rimowa covers slashed and removed so often, it almost seems targeted.
