OtoCo has an interesting tokenization approach. You can:

1. Mint a Series LLC as an NFT
2. Then tokenize LLC member units
3. Then also issue tokens by the LLC that are not member units

I mostly understand the first two usecases, but I'm struggling to grok the 3rd usecase

It that the brand/meme/[insert here] token?

I just executed the acquisition of member units in my LLC entirely onchain /base 

No lawyers
No manual signatures or annoying PDF signatures
No waiting for wire transfers

1. Mercury has partnered with OtoCo — several LLCs have successfully opened accounts. Same with Stripe. Does require KYC
2. If the Master is shutdown there is a process noted in the Operating Agreement, and help from Otonomos to execute the process
3. I just raised this was from a seasoned investor

Few genuine questions:
1. Has anyone actually opened a bank account with an anonymous Series ?
2. While the cross-contamination of liabilities among individual series is limited, how do you protect against the risks of the Master being shut down?
3. How comfortable are investors to give money to a Series?

just went through the entire OtoCo docs, this looks mind blowingly easy

tempted to creat an entity just to try out the solution lol
