The most boring workouts for me are definitely upper body days—back, chest, and shoulders 🫠 Like, I know they’re important, but they just don’t give me the same vibe as leg day or MFR. Anyone else feel this way?

I love the motto: ‘Go to work like it’s a party.’ There’s always a reason to dress up—we’re girls, after all! 💃✨ But, you know, it takes loving your job and not being lazy. And, well, the second part is where I struggle a bit. 😅 Still, looking good totally boosts my mood, gives me energy for the day, and makes me feel confident. What about you? Do you love your job? Do you enjoy dressing up?

Dogs are as carefree as children. They know how to play and they know how to relax. I’m learning to perceive this life as a game and take an example from our junior teachers. It seems to me that the meaning of life is to enjoy the course of this life, to live different moments and different experiences ♥️
