The most boring workouts for me are definitely upper body days—back, chest, and shoulders 🫠 Like, I know they’re important, but they just don’t give me the same vibe as leg day or MFR. Anyone else feel this way?

I love the motto: ‘Go to work like it’s a party.’ There’s always a reason to dress up—we’re girls, after all! 💃✨ But, you know, it takes loving your job and not being lazy. And, well, the second part is where I struggle a bit. 😅 Still, looking good totally boosts my mood, gives me energy for the day, and makes me feel confident. What about you? Do you love your job? Do you enjoy dressing up?

I want to add brightness and colors to the feed. This sketch was drawn by my brother under my strict guidance On the weekend, we rode the train with him for 3 hours, and all this time he was drawing his first sketch. Only at the end did I color the background and the boards because he was tired. You know, it's hard to draw on a shaking train. From all this, I can conclude that my brother has a talent for drawing, and I have a talent for teaching 😅

Salvador Dali, an outrageous surrealist, in 1957 created a set of Menagere cutlery, stylized as objects of wildlife 🥀🐌 Now I have a copy of such a spoon. And I'm also looking forward to producing a fork and knife 😍 I didn’t use it for its intended purpose, it’s very heavy)))
