First attempt at carrot halwa. Not bad, not great. 250g grated carrot sautéed briefly in ghee simmered with 1/3 can condensed milk. Plus 1/4 tsp cardomim powder. Garnished with 1/4 cup cashews and raisins roasted in ghee.

Really needs the sweeter red carrots that I’ve rarely seen in the US but not bad.
